My personal learning journey has afforded me opportunities to explore a variety of teaching roles from math teacher to Dean of Students, learning specialist to Head of Learning Support, and teacher mentor to teacher workshop presenter.
A passionate and dedicated educator, I thoroughly enjoy the craft of teaching in all its forms and variations. Years of interactions with struggling learners, frustrated teachers, and uncertain parents repeatedly confirm for me that everyone has something they are working on and that nobody achieves success entirely on their own. I know for sure that we are all more able to be our best and strongest when we lean in and work together - that two heads digging into a problem together are better than one. Coaching is a powerful tool for change because it demands equally active participation from both people in the relationship.
